Due to the size of our agency group, we are able to carry out many personnel searches in parallel and staff entire teams. In order to better meet customer requirements in certain situations, we have developed the Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) offer as a supplement to our executive and professional search. A single search is not carried out, but a recruiting team is made available to the customer for a certain period of time (usually at least six months). This is useful, for example, if a large number of similar positions have to be filled or the company does not have the capacity to carry out a detailed interview and/or onboarding process with new employees. Our experts can then work for our customers until the relevant processes and resources have been established internally. In this way, companies can start looking for personnel very quickly and efficiently and at the same time set up the necessary long-term structures themselves.
